Effectiveness: All sanctions are effective immediately. Sanctions of suspension or dismissal will only be enforced if an appeal is filed after the appeal is heard. A student may face temporary suspension pending the outcome of an appeal. If the appeal is denied, the suspension or dismissal will take effect immediately.
