A broad and non-quantitative survey at the introductory level of topics in geology, oceanography, meteorology, and astronomy. Topics include the earth’s surface and its constituents and the forces which shape it; oceans and their impacts on the land; weather and climate; the earth and its neighbors near and far. A/F scale. Three hours lecture, two hours lab per week.
