ecotherapy techniques such as mindfulness, wilderness therapy, and animal-assisted therapy.
Students will also learn about the role of ecotherapy in addressing specific mental health concerns, such
as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. The course will also explore the links between ecotherapy and
social justice, cultural diversity, and sustainability.
