This course is the study of the role of corporate investment and financing decisions in creating competitive advantage. The course begins with strategy and capital budgeting; next examines how managers make corporate investment decisions; then proceeds to risk management, and ends with the estimation of a firm’s cost of capital. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and graduate standing.
