CSC 362 - Machine Learning

This course provides an overview of many concepts, techniques, and algorithms in machine learning. Topics include supervised linear techniques (regression, logistic regression, and support vector machines) and unsupervised techniques (clustering, dimensionality reduction). The course will cover concepts behind several machine learning algorithms without going deeply into mathematics, and the particular emphasis will be placed on application.
Prerequisite(s): CSC 300 and MAT 252.
