CHE 131 - Introduction to Biochemistry 3 Credit(s)
An introduction to the intersection of chemistry and biology at the molecular level. Topics included will be the chemical nature of the major organic molecules of living organisms, the roles that they play, and how they function independently and with one another to perform structural, enzymatic, and storage functions. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite(s): Consent of instructor.
