This course will cover the origin, nature and growth of law. We will examine the role that law plays in modern business. This course will cover topics regarding the impact and enforcement of contracts. As well as UCC sales, property, tort and product liability, secured transactions, bankruptcy, administrative law, wills, trusts, and rentals/mortgages.
